The LAST Amelia High School yearbook is officially on sale!  The 2016-2017 Amelia High School yearbook will be switching from a spring delivery book to a fall delivery book.  This means that students will receive their yearbook in September of 2017.  This change will allow for the spring activities such as spring sports, Prom, the spring musical, and graduation to be included inside the book instead of in the form of a supplement.  Seniors will have the option to either pick up their book at West Clermont High School next fall, or choose the delivery option when purchasing and their book will sent to the address provided (students in all grade levels have the option to use the delivery option as well).  When using this option, please double check the address to be sure it is correct.  If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Calton at Calton_b@westcler.org.   To order your yearbook please go to http://www.yearbookordercenter.com and use the school code 13603.

Holiday Spectacular:  Auditions for the Holiday Spectacular will be held on November 21st.  You must try-out in order to perform.  Sign up for a try-out on the bulletin board outside of room 126.

WC Thanksgiving Community Dinner:  As the holiday season approaches, many of us get excited thinking about the delicious turkey dinner we'll have on Thanksgiving. But, a large portion of the AHS student body cannot do the same as up to 1/2 of the student body is on free or reduced lunch, some even unsure where their next meal outside of school will come. The sad truth is for many families in our district a Thanksgiving meal is far out of reach. At AHS, we take care of one another because together, we make a family. Now is the time to help our extended family have a wonderful Thanksgiving Dinner by donating to the WC Thanksgiving Dinner.

Just a small donation with help our WC families received a fully catered Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings and go home with a gift card to Kroger.  Our goal is to raise $13,000 and we cannot do it without YOU! Please consider helping by sending a check to WC Thanksgiving Dinner c/o AHS 1351 Clough Pike Batavia, Ohio 45103.  If you would like to attend the dinner with our AHS family, please contact Mrs. Walker at 943-5072.  You can also follow us on Facebook at West Clermont Thanksgiving or on twitter @wcthanksgiving

Carmel Christian Church on Bach-Buxton Road. Mary your calendars!

You get to compete against other grades in games such as Hungry Hippos, Trivia, and the Dizzy Waiter Challenge. Sign space is limited--see sheet on room 266 door. Tickets are $3.00 to compete or show up to cheer on your grade and you'll be entered in a raffle for a chance to win free prizes! All proceeds go to Cincy Kids 4 Kids.
