Dear Brantner Families,
While it was hot outside, we kept our cool at Brantner as we continued to get to know one another and dig into content in our classrooms. It was so nice to have our preschoolers back at Brantner too.

In light of the tragic loss of a student at West Clermont High School I want to remind you to make sure you take time to talk to your students about how school is going and how they can remain safe. Engage in conversations about how they feel and if they are doing okay. If you notice any changes in your student encourage them to speak with an adult. We have several resources in place to help our students thanks to our partners at Child Focus and the Clermont County Crisis Response Team. You or your child can contact at anytime the Clermont County Crisis Hotline at 513-528-SAVE (7283).
We know that everyone processes events like this differently. Some will still need time, while others will be ready to get back to normalcy. We will respect the rights of everyone and allow students to see counselors if they still feel the need. I appreciate the patience and sensitivity shown by everyone in this situation. Together, we will take care of each other and come together as the West Clermont Wolf Pack.
One way to connect with your child is to get involved at school. We welcome volunteers in our classrooms, simply contact your child’s teacher to see what help is needed. We are also committed to maintaining the traditions at Brantner that are often run by our PTO. We hope you will join us for our first PTO meeting on Tuesday, September 11, at 6:30 in the library to hear about ways to get involved and keep our traditions alive.
Thank you to our amazing PTO treasurer, and only board member, Amber Shebesta, for being so thoughtful in supporting our teachers with sweet treats!!
Brantner Breakfast and Lunch Menu
Earlier this week, you might have received a magnet with a district QR code that will take each user to our ‘daily menu’ page in order to see what’s for lunch the next day. This ‘daily menu’ is updated each day at 2 p.m. One change you may notice from our printable lunch menu is that we will be serving Mexican pizza on Tuesday of Week #4 and Beef Haystack with Fritos on Tuesday of Week #1. There are also some other vegetables added on some days.
You may want to go to the Child Nutrition Menus link on the Brantner website to see the new menu.
