8th grade girls tournament AWAY at Anderson High School game beginning at 5:15 pm.

KIDS CARE CLUB: Please help Kids Care Club collect items for deployed soldiers! We are looking for donations of snacks, candy, playing cards, toothbrushes, personal items and anything you think they would enjoy getting from “home”. We will be collecting February 6th – 10th. Cases: If you ordered a case for your student(s) they will be handed out as we receive them. Following are a few tips for the cases!
- Put your name in numerous places on the case.
- Always use your case when traveling between classes.
- At the end of the day your case should be put in your locker and the chromebook plugged into the cart to be charged overnight.
Insurance: Insurance is always available to purchase for $15.00. Once the money is received, it will take effect 7 days later.
Thursday, February 9th at 6:30pm in the library. Please join us during this exciting time to hear about upcoming events and help us brainstorm on combining our schools and the power of numbers!! We will also discuss the need of parent volunteers for AIR testing.

Immunization Requirements! Attention All 6th Grade Parents/Guardians
All students entering the 7th grade in the fall of 2017 are required to show proof of receiving the Tdap and Meningicoccal (MCV4) vaccines BEFORE attending school. Please see the attached letter and form to be completed by your child’s physician. If you have any questions, please contact the health clinic at 947-7703. Mrs. Lori Crowe, WCMS Principal, will be hosting an informal WCMS question & answer session for students and parents on Thursday, February 16th in the AMS library from 4:30pm – 6:30pm during parent-teacher conferences. She will share a brief presentation at 4:30pm and repeat it at 6:00pm and then be available for questions. Please plan on attending at either 4:30pm or 6:00pm to hear the exciting things happening for WCMS!!!

Help!! Lost and found is overflowing AGAIN! Please have your students check for items before we donate them. Lunch boxes, clothing, water bottles, ETC……………….!
8th Grade Washington DC Trip
