Practice is every day after school with Mrs. Williams, 2:30 – 4:00pm. The first meet will be Wednesday, April 5th at 4:00pm at Nagel Middle School.

MARCO’s Pizza Challenge:

WCMS PTO Meeting:

Please join us for our first joint meeting!  We will begin at 6:30pm at Amelia Middle School.  We are very excited for the upcoming school year to join forces.  All are welcome to hear about happenings in West Clermont and share any ideas you might have.


Thursday March 9th – 7:00 – 9:00pm – in the PAC.  Tickets will be on sale at the door for $5.00 per person.  All contestants need to arrive by 6:00pm and meet in the lobby.

Dress rehearsal will be on Wednesday after school until 6:00pm, dress rehearsal is mandatory!

Chromebook Information

Cases:  If you order a case for your student(s) they will be handed out as we receive them.  Following are a few tips for the cases!

  • Put your name in numerous places on the case.
  • Always use your case when traveling between classes.
  • At the end of the day your case should be put in your locker and the chromebook plugged into the cart to be charged overnight.

Insurance:  Insurance is always available to purchase for $15.00.  Once the money is received, it will take effect 7 days later.

Schoology and Progress Book:

Both of these programs have ICONS available on the APP store.  All of our students and parents  can access Schoology from any computer.

Immunization Requirements! Attention All 6th Grade Parents/Guardians

All students entering the 7th grade in the fall of 2017 are required to show proof of receiving the Tdap and Meningicoccal (MCV4) vaccines BEFORE attending school. Please see the attached letter and form to be completed by your child’s physician. Medication Reminder!!!

Per district policy, students may not bring any medications to school.  All medications, even over the counter, must have an AUTHORIZATION for MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION form completed by a physician and the parent.  Students have been bringing medications to school to administer themselves.  This can be a very dangerous situation if meds are not controlled properly.  The form needed can be found on the district website or in the school office.

Morning Drop Off:

Please be aware of the traffic patterns and procedures in the morning.  Do not pass other vehicles and follow the directional signs.

8th grade students:
