Merwin - Week of March 12th

Merwin Families,

Preschool Registration

West Clermont Preschool registration for 2018-2019 opens on March 12, 2018.  Students must be current residents of the West Clermont School District. Students turning 3 before September 30, 2018 and are potty-trained are eligible to apply for consideration in the school’s preschool programs.  The application is designed for typically developing students ages 3, 4, and 5. Children being served through an Individual Education Plan should contact Dr. Tracy Quattrone, Director of Student Services for more information (Quattrone_t@westcler.org).

Preschool classrooms are housed in your neighborhood schools: Amelia Elementary, Brantner Elementary (serving Brantner and Summerside), Clough Pike Elementary (serving Clough Pike and Willowville), Holly Hill Elementary, Merwin Elementary, and Withamsville-Tobasco Elementary. Students would be assigned to their neighborhood school until all slots are filled. At that time, students may be offered slots at other West Clermont Schools.

Registration begins online at www.westcler.k12.oh.us under Departments click on “Central Enrollment.” Click on “New Student Enrollment    18-19” —You will need to create an account.  If you have already used our enrollment process before, then you will need to log in and register a new student. After you complete the enrollment application, you will  register for an appointment to meet with an enrollment specialist. You must meet with an enrollment specialist in person to complete your registration..
