Over the past several years, it is amazing just what the West Clermont School District has accomplished. In August of 2017, the District opened the new West Clermont High School and Middle School moving over 4,000 students to new locations. What makes this transition even more impressive is that the District did not need to go to tax payers to fund either project. Our secondary students and staff now have the tools they need to achieve at even higher levels.
As a District, we continue to work diligently to increase Academic Achievement in each and every classroom. It is our goal to create a Courageous Culture where all students can reach their full potential and be Future Ready for their tomorrow. In this day and age, it is critical that all our students are prepared for whatever goals they set both personally and professionally after graduation.
We also continue to focus on how we can turn the West Clermont School District into the "hub" of the communities we serve. Attendance at school events is up dramatically and memberships in the West Clermont Mercy HealthPlex continue to rise. These are just two indicators of how important community connections are to the overall health of our District and the community at-large.
We will continue to strive to meet the needs of every student we serve and be a major contributor and partner to those communities we serve. The future is bright in West Clermont. We know that together, we can continue to do amazing things for amazing kids.
