Immunization Requirements! Attention All Current 6th Grade Parents/Guardians
All students entering 7th grade in the Fall of 2018 are now required by Ohio school law to show proof of the TDap booster vaccine (to protect against Tetanus, Diptheria and Pertussis), and the Meningicoccal (MCV4) vaccine (to protect against Meningitis) BEFORE starting school in August 2018. Any student who has not had these immunizations prior to entering 7th grade may not be permitted to attend school until proof of these immunizations has been received by the school, so do not delay. Many students have already had these and documentation just needs to be sent to school to complete your child’s health record. If they have not received, don’t wait! Make your appointments now as clinics tend to fill up towards the end of summer and cause exclusion from school. Documentation may be sent in to school or faxed to 753-1070, Attention Health Clinic. Please click here to read more about 7th grade immunizations.
There will be an advisory Softball meeting for all 7 and 8th grade girls interested in playing softball this spring. This meeting will take place on Monday, February 12 at 7AM in the MPR.
Try outs will begin on 2/20 after school . As always all forms must be completed on Final forms and a current OHSAA Sports physical is required. Please email Mike Kirk, AD with questions at firstname.lastname@example.org
