The goIT program at TCS Seven Hills Park in Milford, OH is an experiential, immersive technology program where middle and high school students receive hands-on technology education and IT career awareness. This year’s camp will allow students to work with innovative technologies to create applications and build programmable robots. Using these tools, students will gain exposure to the global IT environment, learn security best practices, and collaborate in teams to solve critical thinking challenges in a fast-paced and informative setting. Participation is free to all students, with materials and food provided by TCS at no cost to the student. Parents must provide transportation. More information is Here!

Cheerleading Tryouts 2019
Become a WCMS Cheerleader for the 2019 fall season! Tryout information meeting Thursday February 21st 6-7pm WCMS South MPR Information about our Football sideline and Competition programs will be available at the meeting. Meet the Coaches and learn more about the tryout process. Tryout Dates Clinics: Monday 3/11 5:30-7:30pm; Tuesday 3/12 5:30-7:30pm; Thursday 3/13 5:30-7:30pm. Final Tryouts: Thursday 3/14 beginning at 3pm Clinics and Final Tryout will take place in the WCMS North Gym; All candidates must have a current sports physical on file to participate in clinics and final tryouts. DC Trip Information
If you missed the DC informational meeting that was held on January 16th, we are providing the forms that were handed out in the event that you need them. Please make sure that the permission form has been completed and turned in. If your student requires medication (even over the counter), we must have a medication authorization form from your physician for each medication, as well as enough of the medication for the four days by March 4th. We are excited to have Mr. Delbusso, for Career Cafe this month! Mr. Delbusso, is a Field Engineer for a Defense Company. He will present on Thursday, January the 24th during each grade level lunch block in room 149. Go to the WCMS Counseling Group page on Schoology to sign up! It is first come first serve. Those attending will receive a "Front of the Line" lunch pass from their advisory teacher to get their lunch early that day and quickly get down to room 149. Girls on the Run
Attention all 6th, 7th & 8th grade girls! Our Girls on the Run spring season will meet every Tuesday & Thursday beginning February 18th after school until 3:30 p.m. Girls on the Run is a program that focuses on empowerment and team building. If you are interested in joining, please pick up your application in any of the two main offices or Student Services. The world-famous Harlem Wizards will visit West Clermont High School on Thursday, March 7th at 7:00pm (doors open at 6:00) for an evening of great fun and fundraising. Get ready for a high-flying, slam-dunking, rim-rattling basketball show! The Wizards will play a game against a team of West Clermont administrators and teachers. Are you interested in learning new styles of dance? Join Ms. Ellis on Thursday after school for dances like bollywood, salsa, hip hop, tap, jazz and ballet. You'll need to fill out an information sheet. She is accepting 20 new dancers. First 20 dancers to fill out their information sheet and turn it into Ms. Ellis in room 103 get to join! West Clermont Has Talent
West Clermont Has Talent will showcase the amazing emerging talent at West Clermont Middle School. the show will be held March 14th at West Clermont High School at 6:30pm. Tickets will be $5. Audition signs up MUST be completed by January 25th to audition. No exceptions. Auditions will be held on February 4th, 5th and 6th in learning lab 149 from 2:30 to 4:00 and is open to ALL students of West Clermont Middle School. Students MUST be picked up from the school at 4:00. The Audition schedule will be announced via Schoology by 2:30 on January 29th. WCMS Girls’ Softball
Any 7th or 8th Grade girl interested in playing softball this spring, you should make sure all forms are updated on final forms at westcler-oh.finalforms.com. Any 7th or 8th graders interested in being on the track team this spring: Please make sure Final Forms is up to date and that you have added track as a sport. Mandatory practice begins March 4th.
