SHOULDER TAP CHALLENGE:
March Challenge is the Shoulder Tap:
Put yourself in 'push up' position - on hands and toes. Hold yourself up with one hand while you tap the oppposite shoulder with the other hand. Things to work on: keep back flat and straight (like a push up) - pretend you have a bowl of hot soup on your back and you DO NOT want it to spill. Keep feet still - no rocking back and forth.
1st and 2nd grade - 30 shoulder taps
3rd grade - 40 shoulder taps
4th and 5th grade - 50 shoulder taps
