Cheryl Turner
Cheryl Turner, MEd, is supervisor of instructional programs for K-5, ESL, Title I, Read 180, and administrator for Federal Grants. This includes facilitation of Ohio’s Improvement Process, i.e. development of West Clermont’s Decision Framework and Comprehensive Continuous Improvement Process (CCIP). Her areas of expertise include early literacy, reading development, data analysis, Response to Intervention (RtI), and 21st Century teaching & learning.
