Using a West Clermont Facility




Intervention

The goal of West Clermont's intervention process is to identify an action plan that will improve a student's academic, behavioral, social, or emotional skills and knowledge. This action plan is developed using the collaborative problem-solving process and it is documented on the district's Intervention Forms, found below.
