Holiday Spirit Week penguin


Monday, December 16th is Pajama Day. Wear your cozy  pajamas and help the Salvation Army. Students are to bring a $1.00 donation in order to spend the day in their pajamas. Please make sure that pajamas are school appropriate. Slipper may be brought to school and worn while inside the building only.

Tuesday, December 17th Dress like a candy cane. Wear red and white.

Wednesday, December 18th Wear your favorite holiday socks and show them off.

Thursday, December 19th Wear your favorite holiday hat.

Friday, December 20th Wear you favorite holiday sweater or shirt. It may be ugly or it may be pretty.

NOVEMBER "You're On Fire" Students of the Month nov pic

Clough Pike Elementary is working this year with Union Twp. Fire Department, Corey Young and Firehouse Subs to bring the "YOU'RE ON FIRE" Student of the Month Program to Clough Pike.  Once a month Firehouse Subs and the Union Twp. Fire Department will recognize our Students of the Month with a certificate, coupon for a sub sandwich, a scholastic book, and a fire helmet to wear for the day.

Firehouse Subs along with the Union Twp. Fire Department are proud to announce our NOVEMBER Students of the Month. 


West Clermont Board Takes Final Step to Place Operating Levy on the March Ballot

At the November 18 meeting, the West Clermont Board of Education members unanimously voted to place a 7.99-mill emergency operating levy request on the March 17, 2020 presidential primary ballot. If passed, the levy will help to maintain the day-to-day operations of the district, such as staffing, utilities, supplies and K-8 busing.

How Emergency Weather Decisions are Made in West Clermont

In West Clermont, Superintendent Natasha Adams makes the decision about emergency weather school opening delays or full school day closings.  Current weather conditions, weather forecasts, road conditions, wind chill and actual temperatures are essential information for determining a school weather emergency.  The information comes from a number of sources.

West Clermont Takes First Step Toward Placing Emergency Levy on the March Ballot

District Adopts New Strategic Plan to Guide Future Growth and Achievement

During the September meeting, the West Clermont School District Board of Education formally adopted a bold new strategic plan to connect the district’s current progress with rigorous priorities for student growth. The strategic plan will guide the district with new mission, vision and values statements and four strategic themes broken down into three-year objective goals.
