Meal Charge Cut-off Date
This is to communicate to you regarding the meal charge cut-off date for the 2018-2019 School Year. As per the West Clermont Charge Procedure, the cut-off will be effective beginning April 24, 2019. We permit our students to charge meals because good nutrition is essential to learning, and we understand that sometimes children forget or lose their money. As we are a non-profit agency, we rely on all participants of the program to pay their charges in an effort to ensure we are consistently able to offer quality meals at a low price. Please remit payment for any outstanding debt to your Child’s School Café or EZ pay account. You will find a copy of the Charge Procedure on the West Clermont District Website under the Child Nutrition Department or at your Child’s School. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
