Building to Building Transfer Application for the 2021-22 School Year

The 2021-22 Building to Building Transfer Application is now open until May 15th.  All applications will be reviewed by the Superintendent's Office.  If your student will be in grades 1-12 for the 2021-22 school year, you will be notified of the decision on May 30.  If your student will be in Kindergarten for the 2021-22 school year, you will be notified on August 1.


Open Enrollment Application for the 2021-22 School Year

The 2021-22 Open Enrollment Application is now open until June 15th.  This application is for any student who does not live in the West Clermont school district, but would like to attend a West Clermont school.  All applications will be reviewed by the Superintendent's Office.  If your student will be in grades 1-12 for the 2021-22 school year, you will be notified of the decision on June 30.  If your student will be in Kindergarten for the 2021-22 school year, you will be notified on August 1.

New Students in Grades 1-12: It's as easy as 1-2-3!

 

Step One

Step 1.  Complete the registration application in Infosnap by clicking on the appropriate year's link on the right.
If you're not sure which school building your child will attend, use the "My School Locator" link on the right to look up your address.

 

Step Two

Step 2.  We will review your registration application and then you will receive an email from one of our Enrollment Specialists.
If your application requires additional documents, we will include instructions in that email for how and where to submit them.

Step Three

Step 3.  Once we have received all of the necessary documents, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your student has been enrolled.
